The links to Facebook, Tripadvisor, Yelp and Google Maps on this site send no data until they are clicked; after the click the respective services' policies apply.

Managing cookies

Data collected when you contact us

The site has no forms. Anyone who e-mails or phones us voluntarily provides their data (name, e-mail address, phone number, message content), which we use only to reply to the request, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is not shared with third parties or used for marketing, and is kept only as long as needed to handle the request.

Technical browsing data

The server hosting the site automatically records in its log files the IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited and the browser type. This data is necessary for the operation and security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), is kept for the period set by the hosting provider and is not used to identify visitors.

Your rights

Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@trattorialatellina.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
